Once your purchase has been agreed you will need to instruct a solicitor to undertake the legal work. For clients without a UK solicitor we are able to recommend a local firm of solicitors who have worked very efficiently for many of our overseas clients.

Once your offer on your chosen property is accepted by the vendor your mortgage lender will arrange for a valuation survey. You may also decide to commission a detailed Home Buyers survey. In addition RDA recommends that an electrical survey is carried out.

The majority of properties require some refurbishment to make them attractive to prospective tenants in order to achieve the maximum rent in a competitive market. RDA undertakes quarterly inspections of all properties to ensure that they are being kept in good order. Our inspection visits help to establish a useful link with tenants.
