RDA undertakes quarterly inspections of all properties to ensure that they are being kept in good order. Our inspection visits also help to establish a useful link with tenants.  When a client contacts us regarding one of their properties our up to date, first hand knowledge enables us to respond appropriately.

We arrange for any maintenance requirements to be addressed as swiftly as possible.  With consent, RDA deals with all minor routine maintenance matters.  If the cost is in excess of £100 we request the landlord's approval before proceeding.  All work is completed to a high standard by our team of experienced, reliable, qualified contractors.

RDA ensures that all requirements and responsibilities regarding gas supply and appliances, electrical wiring and appliances and energy performance certificates are met.
