RDA Estates charges a research fee of £2,000, payable in two parts.
Part One - £1,000
Due as soon as a sale is agreed and the Memo of Sale is issued by the sellers. This is non-refundable. If the sale does not complete, for whatever reason, Part One of the Research Fee becomes transferable to any other property you purchase with RDA in the future.
Part Two - £1,000
Due on exchange of contracts.

Our 20 years of experience and expertise in choosing only prime locations to ensure that you have 100% occupancy and that it will always be a desirable property in the right location for eventual re-sale, at a premium.
We do our homework on each potential purchase before it even appears on our website. We have a good, comprehensive knowledge of most blocks and know which properties are able to be sublet. For what we do not know, we certainly have access to someone who does. Nothing is too much trouble for us to do and to advise. We can hold the hand of the novice and run alongside the seasoned investor.
RDA has a proven track record with the local estate agents which enables us to negotiate the very best prices on your behalf. This carries through to any refurbishment that might be required – in that all the discounts given to us, we pass on to you.
We do ‘Arrange It All’ – from the mortgage lender, solicitor, surveyor and accountant through to the builder and the man who cleans the carpets. And finally we obtain you a tenant. In most instances the savings made and the reduced property price secured alone more than pays for our research fee.
